Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Free delivery

We're pleased to offer free delivery on all orders — there are no shipping charges added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times

Our items are shipped directly from our supplier. Please allow approximately 6–12 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance or courier delays that are outside our control.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we'll email you a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to you.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please don't worry — email us at info@elizabethashby.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you straight away.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, though we'll always do our best to help.
